Property claims including claims for interests in property, repossession of property and claims involving property agents and investors. Louise also carries out bankruptcy work and immigration appeals.
Career to Date
In 2003, Louise started her degree at Worcester College, University of Oxford, in Modern and Medieval Languages, focussing on French and German. In 2005, Louise moved to Stuttgart, Germany where she taught English Language and Literature in a Grammar school. During this time she also ran a private tutoring business. Louise returned to the UK at the end of 2006, and completed her degree in 2007. Louise then completed her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2008 and her Legal Practice Course in 2009. During 2007 and 2008 Louise gained experience in law at Bowman Rodkin Solicitors. In 2009 Louise started work at Simons Rodkin Solicitors on a full time basis, and also worked with a local Insolvency Practitioner to gain experience in this field. Louise stayed at Simons Rodkin where she worked until the formation of Benchmark Solicitors in 2012. Louise became a Solicitor-Advocate in 2019.
